Step 1 : Place Your Order

Find your coating product, and proceed to checkout. Note that the shipping quote on checkout is for shipping your items two separate times (you shipping the item to Final Finish with your prepaid shipping label, and Final Finish shipping the item back to you once the item is coated)

Step 2: Open The Shipping Process Email We Sent You

Within 24 hours after you complete your order/checkout, we will send you a separate email that contains a Final Finish UPS link. With this link, you will be directed to fill out your address and order number on a Final Finish UPS page, along with your address (should be the same address you want the item mailed back to/the address you used upon checkout). Filling this information out will get you your prepaid shipping label to send your items to Final Finish to be coated.

Step 3: Click The "Start Shipping Process" Link

Clicking on the link sent via email from Final Finish will land you on the "Returns Access" page. Click "Click To Continue"

Step 4: Fill Out The Shipping Information

You will next be taken to the "Shipping Information" page. There will be instructions on this page to help if needed. Main topics of this page:

  1. Fill out the required information
  2. Select how you want to receive your shipping label. The two options are
    a. Print the label yourself
    b. Receive a QR code to take with you to a certified UPS drop-off location
  3. Once complete click the "Process Shipment" button.

Step 5: Package Your Item and Ship!

All that is left is to carefully package/box up your item to send to Final Finish. Packaging your item safely in a box is the customers responsibility. Note that this same box will be used to ship them item back to you once coated. If you do not feel comfortable packaging the exhaust yourself, please visit a local certified UPS store and they can assist you with their paid services. Box/packaging services are not included in the Final Finish Coatings process at this time.

Once your safely and securely in a box, add the shipping label to the box based on the method you selected previously (print at home, or QR code for UPS store use)

Step 6: Sit Back and Relax

With the above steps completed, your item shall be handled and sefviced at Final Finish Coatings. You will be notified once the item has been coated and is set to ship back to you. Coating process times may vary, but we will communicate to you via email on how the process is going/expected completion dates.
